[Verse]
The call that day,
I'll never forget receiving.
A state of shock,
And wanting to disbelieve it.
I sat in silence,
Alone and frozen still,
As I fought the tears away,
I hurt for your brothers miles away.
And it's hard, but I know
You wouldn't want us this way,
Cause' I knew you well,
And we will carry your name on.
[Chorus]
You were always there for me,
Taken away now we're grieving
All that you were to me,
Words barely explain how I'm feeling,
The time you gave to me,
Im grateful for every second
I hold onto the memory,
Taken away now we're grieving.
[Verse]
Though now you're gone,
You live through the hearts of many, You made us know, you were always there if needed.
It's hard, but we know
You wouldn't want us this way,
But we've lost a son, a father , a brother to us all!!
[Chorus]
You were always there for me,
Taken away now we're grieving
All that you were to me,
Words barely explain how I'm feeling,
The time you gave to me,
Im grateful for every second
I hold onto the memory,
Taken away now we're grieving.
[Solo]
[Chorus]
You were always there for me,
Taken away now we're grieving
All that you were to me,
Words barely explain how I'm feeling,
The time you gave to me,

More Heavy Metal/Hard Rock from the guys who know how to do it right. Starts at 11 and just go up from there. This one reminds me of the Texas Hippy Coalition doing 70ies Heavy Metal with some Hair Rock lead breaks thrown in. Harry Harrison
I can’t believe I’m just now finding this band. I lucked into finding them by reading an old interview with The Skull members Eric Wagner, Ron Holzner, and Jeff Olson (All three formerly of Trouble, too). They’ve been broken up for almost a decade now. Such a shame; they should have and still should be HUGE! The vocalist has some amazing pipes! If you listen to the first song and don’t buy it, it’s quite possible you have zero taste when it comes to heavy music. Jason Gilbert

To me this is like 70ies Heavy Metal in nearly all aspects. I can understand the comparisons to Motörhead but to me they don’t really sound like them, except maybe for the Heavy Blue style lead breaks. What they do have is the drive, gravelly vocals and swagger of Motörhead. This they have that in buckets. Super fun Heavy Metal/Hard Rock that just doesn’t age. Harry Harrison
